When I first enquired about 121 coaching with Mark Featherstone, I was sure I needed some help, I just wasn't sure if he would be the right coach for me. Within one hour he demonstrated such sound judgement of my character strengths and business weaknesses that I knew he was the right match. It was evident that he was highly skilled in knowing when to ask questions, when to listen and when to lay on the gentle pressure in a way that would motivate me.


Right from the start he showed genuine interest in how I planned to grow my business. He frequently puts me on the spot (always with good humour!), and never allowed me to duck burning issues or difficult questions. In fact, through what seemed to be a series of informal and thoroughly cheerful chats, he’s made me carefully examine all my plans and clarify my vision. I believe that having a business coach is a necessity, not a luxury. It’s so easy to drift away from your goals in the day to day running of your business. So I look forward to Mark’s 90 day Planning Workshops as a space to work on my business. I can reflect back on the previous 90 days and make plans for the next. If you don’t want to be challenged then this workshop is not for you but if you want to overcome those barriers that can hold you back in business, then I would recommend Mark’s training courses. Not only is Mark an inspirational speaker, using his extended business experience, but he is also able to deliver individual tailored training which has boosted my confidence and sales at a time when other similar companies are failing!

We have been working with Mark for last 12 months, during which time we have introduced a Performance Management Process that has enabled us to demonstrate a level of leadership and professionalism, that has changed or business culture. In addition, I now work four days a week (previously six) and I have a team that does more than I thought was possible. Coaching has worked for us. We will be back for more in 2009!

I’d like to say how much I’m enjoying Profit Club. I’ve attended fortnightly sessions for the last six months to discuss various business subjects with yourself and other business leaders. This had provided me with an opportunity to gain knowledge from others and come up with ideas for the future. Personally I have taken a lot out of our sessions and had fun implementing my ideas, which has helped focus us. Anyone who makes the effort to attend Profit Club and has the motivation to follow up on their ideas is sure to improve their business and self being. I would certainly recommend Profit Club as a cost effective business coaching course.
