This is a store who understands customer service. They are knowledgable, friendly and patient. They offered advice to my bathroom fitter. The size and shape of tile I wanted was different from what they stocked so they sourced it for me very quickly. They supplied all the tiles and underfloor heating for my bathroom and Kitchen. In the end they fitted the heating and flooring in the kitchen and Iʼm so pleased with the finished job. There was a problem with the first fitting of tiles and because I was not 100% happy they came back without any fuss to resolve the problem. In my mind this is what you want as a customer. Now I am saving to tile outside and I will definately use them again. Oh yes they donʼt charge to take samples home!!

We moved to a small village near Huntingdon about 3 1/2 years ago. Our whole house has needed updating and we are gradually improving it room by room. We first went into Global Tiles a couple of years ago looking for tiles for our en-suite. More recently Kevin and his team have supplied and fitted a natural slate floor in our kitchen, utility and cloakroom, to an exceptional standard. They are incredibly accommodating and always ready to give advice. Our dog Pepper thinks Kevin and Scott are the best things since sliced bread!!!!!

We called in Global Tiles to help with a floating tiled kitchen floor that had to be lifted due to a water leak. Global Tiles arranged the lifting of the tiles, the removal of the damaged boarding and insulation, the refit of the floating floor, and the retiling of the floor having found the exact match of the previous tiles. The whole job was done without any delay and no hassle for me as Global Tiles also found the right builder for the heavy work too. I now have a lovely floor again.
