I would like to comment on how bad service we received at this shop. we was spoken to as if we was stupid when we were wanting to look and try wedding dresses on yet they told us that i was to early to look for my dress even though it is a year away and told me that it was pointless trying dresses on as they hadn't received there new season in. the attitude in the way they said this was disgusting and you wouldn't speak to your dog in this manner so why they think it is acceptable to speak to potential customers in this way is beyond me! they should have told us all of this in a polite manner before they allowed us to make an appoiontment and drive all the way across hull in the pouring rain to come and be spoken to like children! very dissapointed!

Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was on a recent shopping trip with my daughter for her Prom Dress.She found the dress that she was searching for from the huge choice on show and also received a free gown cover and tiara!I must also say that the price of the dress was far less than I was expecting -thank you again for all your help and expertise!
