Shortly after arriving in Hull ten years ago, Richard Eacott started work at Willerby Manor, to then become head chef at Cave Castle.
He has now embarked on a new venture by opening his new deli Just Del-licious on Chanterlands Avenue. Richard wants to bring fine dining to Hull in deli form at affordable prices - all sandwiches and wraps are made to order.
