An award-winning restaurant will be opening its doors in St.Stephen’s shopping centre, offering foodies the chance to try the best in handmade gourmet burgers.
The new handmade burger Co. restaurant, located on the Upper Level of St. Stephen’s, is the first to open in the Humberside area and will offer diners more than 40 different delicious burgers, made from scratch and hand pressed in the restaurant every single day.
Famous for the 100% prime Scotch beef handmade patties and the freshly peeled and cut chips that will rival any homemade chips, the menu also boasts an exclusive Jimmy’s Farm rare-breed beef range, a wide vegetarian variety and a great range for children, all made using only the freshest and finest ingredients.
First opened in the Midlands in 2005, the family-owned and run restaurant chain is committed to sourcing the best quality produce from the best British farmers, with owner Chris Sargeant regularly visiting farmers to ensure that the company stands by its fresh food philosophy.
Chris said: “We are delighted to be opening in St. Stephen’s and we can’t wait to find out what Humberside thinks of our new restaurant.
“We pride ourselves on delivering quality food and award winning service and we hope that diners will love the fresh food we make and the great variety we offer.”
The restaurant opening has created more than 25 jobs in the area, with the new restaurant team training together for the next six weeks to ensure that handmade burger Co. is the perfect destination for a quick bite whilst shopping, a get together with friends or a meal out for the whole family.
