We are IT support company, so we are pretty familiar with computer hardware and printers, but we were asked by our customer to provide a printer that would be cost effective and also its renewable parts would last for longer than previously used devices. In this case we needed professional advice!
Phillip of Xpress Solutions Ltd got back in timely manner with quote for one of the Brother’s printer including detailed explanation why they are recommending this particular model. They also specified prices for replacement toner cartridges.
After we put an order, we were constantly updated on the status and even were given opportunity to pick up delivery time on specified day. We took advantage of that and asked to have the printer delivered when technician was at customer premises. And it happened as requested! That simplified our work a lot.
We would like to thank Xpress Solutions Ltd and we will recommend them wherever and whenever possible.
