This is a fabulous and funky shop with excellent customer service. It has a great range of unusual, interesting and attractive eyewear as well as jewellery (necklaces and bracelets) so you can coordiante a whole look. The staff are so welcoming and extremely helpful, giving frank and honest feedback as you try on the glasses and going out of their way to find alternatives that will suit you. The eye testing was free when I went and was done very professionally and without rush. The whole place has a lovely ambiance - I will certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Having had a brilliant experience at your Hammersmith boutique I wanted to say a heartfelt 'thank you'. Not only are my new glasses a vast improvement on the old ones (from a High St chain), but they were also about 40% cheaper - even though I bought the old ones over 3 years ago!
The entire experience at The I-Site was great. It felt as though I was among friends rather than just another customer.

I recently went to see Nigel at his company, the I- Site, for my eye test.

I thought that it had been about 18 months to 2 years since my last eye test, but they phoned D & Aitchinson for me and found out that it was actually 3 years.

At the I-Site they really made me feel at home, were very professional, and I even remarked that they had definitely had an interior designer in.

My eye test revealed that I didn’t actually need any new specs since my last test 3 years ago (much to my surprise!).

Therefore, I didn’t need to buy any new glasses. However, I will be recommending the I-Site to others and will go back when my sight will invariably deteriorate!!

I recently had an eye test at the I site and then Nigel personally helped me with some great looking and great value reading glasses. Can't recommend these guys enough and fantastic after sales care too.

I visited The I-Site recently as I had received glowing references about Nigel,
the owner, and the eyewear on offer. The shop is unlike anything you've seen before
- it has a very strong boutique classy feel and the interior design is very fresh and
pleasing to the eye. I was immediately drawn to a shelf containing a particular range
of sunglasses which I imagined would be very expensive only to be told by Nigel
that they were in fact one of his lower cost ranges. I was impressed! The range of
eyewear is unlike anything I had seen before - wearable, affordable and most i
mportantly a lot of them suited me. I was very tempted to buy 4 pairs but had to
be restrained. I will certainly be going back and have since spoken to various friends
and clients who live nearby and suggested they also go and check the I-Site out.
