My new year resolution didn't go well. i was smoking by 2nd Jan 2012. But I rang Matt at Effective Hypnosis on Monday 3rd, and by the end of tuesday 4th I was a non smoker.
I was amazed tha he seemed to have such control. after just a few minutes I was unable to move a muscle and felt completely relaxed. I realised pretty soon that I would never want to smoke again. How I want to tell the world that I am drug free. I went to see Effective Hypnosis for an addiction and he made it go completely. I am healthier and richer. But this is not a flash in the pan because I have been addiction free for a year. it works and hypnosis is a good way to stop.

I've been a light smoker since my mid teens and a nail biter for as long as I can remember.
It was recommended to me to try hypnotherapy I ended up on Matthew's doorstep, although I wasn't holding out much hope for him to be able to help me. Matthew sat me down and explained the process of hypnotherapy and how he could help. After agreeing that i would like him to help, he started to do his thing - even at this point I was thinking "There's no way this is going to work" , but before I knew it I was under. I couldn't believe it , and at the same time couldn't care less it was a very strange yet amazing sensation.
It's been 48 hours since my treatment and despite thinking about smoking i don't have any craving at all. To top it off I have white bits at the end of my nails.
I have recommended Matthew to a number of my Friends and despite the odd looks they gave me I hope they take me up on the suggestion and don't dismiss it as I first did.
