Hairdressing Quality and Standards
Mandy places a great emphasis on training and development of the Studio2 salon staff, "We have in-house hairdressing competitions at the salon twice a year with external judges to judge the teams performance". In addition, stylists attend residential training programmes and benefit from one to one coaching and educational team meetings.
Last year the salon had a major refit, turning a workhorse hairdressing salon into a modern contemporary open plan design highlighted with stunning features.
This year sees another improvement with a complete overhaul of the salon's computer system. "Not only will we be able to check you out quicker, the system will even allow us to send you reminders of hairdressing appointments and special hairdressing offers by text message!" exclaims Mandy, "but don’t worry, if technology isn’t your bag when you visit the salon we’ll greet you with a welcoming smile and complimentary refreshment all the same".
