I have been a member of Nuffield Health for the last six months and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. The health mot that they offer has enabled me to track my fitness and showed me all of the improvements I have made. Since joining them I have increased my fitness, lost weight and increased muscle tone as well as finding enjoyment for exercise that I have never experienced before. The team are helpful and friendly and the personal trainers have made me increase my confidence , motivation and success with exercise. This gym is not only about pounding the machines but a holistic health approach. The facilities are great and the membership packages flexible and reasonable. I genuinely have never enjoyed going to the gym as much as I do now.
