After the first session I was able to stop taking the strong painkillers prescribed by my doctor. This was a huge relief. The stretches Chris taught me have also helped prevent the problem reoccurring.

I went in with bad pain in my shoulder and back but after recieving treatment from Anisha at Woodside clinic this pain has now be cured. The service is very friendly and professiona! Anisha is very good at treating back pain and she makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. After visiting a few clinics and getting no results, Woodside clinic and Anisha were recomended to me by a friend and I have recomended them to my Farther who goes as well, we are all very happy with the results from our treatments. Anisha really is excellent, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was recommended to Anisha and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I was finding that an hour or 2 of tennis was leaving me with considerable discomfort. Anisha diagnosed my problem within about 2 minutes of meeting me and 4 sessions later Im sorted!! She has corrected the cause of the problem and I can now play tennis without any issues. Amazing!
