Over the last month your firm has installed two Accuface control systems, firstly to my club in Hull and more recently to my club in Cleethorpes. As well as having the Accuface recognition system on our gate we elected to purchase the registration cameras which have been installed at our reception areas.

The reason for writing this letter to you is to express my complete satisfaction with both the product and the backup provided by your company SystemWare; in particular I should like to mention how helpful your technical director Dave Honeybun has been to us. As this is technology is new to the industry I was prepared for some problems, however throughout the installation process Dave’s conscientious, professional and friendly approach has been very refreshing and has undoubtedly smoothed the transitional process for us.

Even though the system has been installed and paid for, Dave continues to monitor both clubs, and often rings me if he feels my staff are encountering problems. All my previous experience of dealing with technology companies in the past has left me feeling that I have been overcharged for the work they have provided. I am very pleased to say this has not been the case with your company and I would have no hesitation in recommending Accuface to any potential clients in the future.
