Whether at our Letchworth clinic or in the comfort of your own home, your first Sweet Feet treatment will begin with a consultation about your general health and vitality, medical history, emotional state, diet and exercise. You will then receive a consultation with a reflexology therapy session, followed by feedback and a suggested treatment plan.

Baby Reflexology
Sweet Feet offers BabyReflex – a workshop tailored for parents with babies and toddlers of up to 24 months. It is a gentle, effective method of reflexology that parents can give their own children once taught. It helps calm the baby and can improve sleep patterns, as well as help with common ailments and symptoms, including:
