The only way to add height to my window displays is with balloons - and Jeff and the team always come up trumps when I come calling. Great service, quick turnaround, and really efficient too. Friendly staff, and always greeted with a smile. One of my favourite shops in town!

Just thought the service from Jeff was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, he was so polite, helpful, friendly but thoroughly professional. At the current time when I find good customer service is increasingly hard to come by in the retail sector particularly, I feel compelled to note that a visit to Penco made a thoroughly refreshing change! Penco is a great little shop full of everything you need for crafts and especially art. Helpfull and knowledgeable they helped me find just the right products for my latest art project. Competitively priced and a really good independent store.

Hi All Jeff at Penco is great at helping out for that special occasion! He created the most wonderful Balloon arrangement for my partners anniversary! Even thought about transporting it back to the car, with the winds yesterday it was a god send!

The shop is packed with exciting crafting paraphernalia. They always have what you need and if you can't find it they will do it for you. Also like the fact that if there is a choice of products they point out the one on offer............saving my pennies!

The staff at Penco are always so helpful especially Jeff who offers tips and ideas for my painting and card making hobbies. My partner who is a local school teacher also loves the shop and makes regular visits to buy craft materials for various school projects. The balloons are fantastic and are a great way to make important occasions extra special. You can even have gifts put inside balloons which look fabulous! Oh and one day I will buy myself the Juke Box in the window! Thanks Penco!

Someone else had let us down and we were advised Penco might help. We found them to be very helpful, the service was excellent the range was extensive. We were sorry we hadn't used them before!

Penco stocks everything for cardmaking, scrapbooking, painting and loads of other arts and crafts. The stock is intelligently chosen, beautiful stuff, up-to-the-minute with current styles and projects, and the staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic people who can help with ideas as well as helping you find exactly what you want. I challenge anyone to visit Penco and not buy something! A word of warning, if all you want is glue- dots or double-sided tape take a list to remind you, otherwise youʼll come out loaded with gorgeous papers, embellishments, cutters, stamps and paints and forget your less exciting stuff! My husband only allows me into Penco once a fortnight!
