Owner, Jeff Howard, has over 20 years' experience in arts and crafts, having started trading at flea markets and shows in the late 80s. Due to his products' popularity, he opened a small craft shop in 1988 and grew the business to four craft shops around the UK.

Jeff sold his main business and reverted back to his roots with one, specialist art and craft shop, Penco (Hitchin) Ltd. Having lived in Hitchin for 20 years, he is delighted that his art & craft shop is giving so much pleasure to students, artists and crafters.
