Joy has been looking after my nails for years and they always look great! I regularly receive compliments about how good they look and would not dream of going to any other nail salon - Pebble is the best by far!

Despite moving to another premises in Hitchin recently, the team at Pebble ensured that this was communicated to their customers, well in advance of the move. Posters advising customers of the new address were placed in the shop window to remind customers of the move and helpful text message and emails were sent after the move.

I have been a regular customer for nearly four years now. The customer service is fabulous. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. It is a joy to visit their sanctuary!
