When my PC began the long, tortuous limp towards death after ONLY seven years, I put off the replacement as long as possible.

I purchased my computer from Parc Computers which I use for business and wanted reliability and if necessary back up from a real person and not one of those elongated Help lines where it is difficult to understand what is being said – let alone the instructions. I have unfortunately experienced one of those niggling intermittent faults which do not then replicate itself at will. Not only was I taken seriously I was given a first class service with them understanding my needs. I have no hesitation in giving my recommendation.

We recently put both of our laptops into Parc to be "cleaned up" and generally sorted out.
Despite the fact that both had (I thought) current anti-virus, they found a scary number of bad things lurking on both machines, so it is reassuring to know that they are finally clean.
You really feel they are giving you honest advice and that they defnitely know their stuff - and even better the service is EXCELLENT value for money!
