I would like to relay my gratitude for helping me recently with the upgrade of my mobile. I live and die by my mobile as I use it as more than just a phone it was very important to me to get a handset that met my neds and was reliable.

I'd just like to say a big thank you to Rick from M-Viron for my new mobile phone. I've been aware for sometime now that I've needed t change my ancient PAYG phone for a contract phone but have never been confident enough to do so as I've always worried about losing my precious numbers and contacts that I rely on for my work.

Rick provided a really nice and simple phone for me on a very economical contract but not only that, he also moved my numbers across for me and within a few minutes I was up and running.

Rick knew that I was with the Orange network provider and explained that he may be able to save me money on my tariff and that I was due for a new phone upgrade. I was not aware that I was due for an update which pleased me. I met Rick again a week later and was impressed with his presentation on the services he provides to Orange customera dn people wanting to change to Orange. I told Rick that my husband was with Orange and he explained that he would check both tariffs, look at saving us money and upgrading our phone free of charge. I was impressed wih the immediate response from Rick as he contacted me the following morning and asked when we would like the new phones delivered to our house. Rick delivered the phones to us, arriving at the agreed time and he also transferred my entire phone book from my old phone to my new sim card. Rick explained to me when my new sim would be activated and what action I had to take in order to start using my new sim card.

We are both very pleased with the prompt, professional and supportive service from Rick would highly recommend his advice and service to others.
