Keith & Cherry are great. Keith can be beautifully grumpy which is always more fun than being cheerful, but he is one of those people in Hitchn that makes things happen. Cherry is always good for a natter too.

The HTCI provide an excellent service.
Keith and the team have worked tirelessly for years and the results can definitely been seen in the town.
The networking events are good, the events they put on in the town centre are imaginative and keep things interesting - and the effort they have put into the BID which has brought us even more support has been excellent.

I have been working with Keith since I came to Pinehill Hospital 9 years ago. As a business HCTI has offered me opportunities to network with other businesses and residents of Hitchin through meetings, the newsletter and leaflets with the newsletter. As a resident I think that Keithʼs approach as town centre manager has made Hitchin a wonderful place to live, with exciting cultural and social opportunities and a spirit of community. He is a foundation stone of all that is good in our town. He and Cherry are to be highly congratulated on their effective service.
