A big thank you to Charles Wilson carpets for their excellent service, fitting and advice. Our new carpet looks great. My parents have always used Charles Wilson carpets in all of their homes for decades and they came highly recommended. This time we decided to use them for a high traffic area in our commercial business. It was imperative that the business was not affected by the fitting and that we could maintain our opening hours. Helen and Adam arranged for the carpet to be delivered so that it could acclimatise prior to the fitting on a Sunday! The fitters were then able to get on and fit the next day and we were ready for opening with plenty of time to spare. We can only say thank you for a job well done. Your fitters left the area as they found it and were perfect gentlemen. Thankyou Adam for the phonecall in the afternoon checking that we were happy with our installation. It's those little things that count and your competitive pricing aside, set you apart from the rest!

I needed some old carpet to line a pond last year... and Charles Wilson came up trumps and found me the carpet I needed (I wanted nylon and not wool !) Within a few days and it was ready for me to collect and FREE ! They also do very nice NEW carpets.. not free though ;)

An excellent service all round, from friendly advice to very good fitters. This is the second time we've used CW and we would definitely continue to do so.

Good quality and service as always - am thrilled with my new stair carpet and Karndean upstairs. We had a couple of hiccups (due to other tradespeople) but Charles Wilson found a solution that totally matched my needs.

Approached Charles Wilson Carpets when a well-known high street name refused to move our upright piano if they were to fit a carpet. CWC sourced the same carpet that we wanted and provided that essential extra piano move (performed by the partners themselves). They also reused some of the old carpet in a bedroom for us. For a responsive, flexible, high-calibre service they are very hard to beat. Highly recommended. Many thanks to the CWC team. We will be back

First time that I have used Charles Wilson, excellent service throughout by knowledgable and pleasant people. Their prices were better than other suppliers and they were precise and considerate on the fitting,I will definitely go back for our next carpet.

We used Charles Wilson carpets for hall, stairs (runner), landing and bedroom carpets and are delighted with both the end result and the service we have received throughout. We wanted to support small business and used CW based on a recommendation and certainly have not been disappointed. The service in store was fantastic, both from the vast selection of different carpets/flooring to the extensive knowledge of the team. It was also great that there was a good scope of price ranges to fit different budgets. The measuring services were great - prompt and friendly. The fitting itself was carried out to a very high standard and I am delighted with the end result. Our fitter Keith worked so hard! This is a family run firm. Service is prompt, friendly and efficient. Unlike a nearby national chain they don't expect you to pay cash to a fitter of whom you have no knowledge. Fitter was very pleasant and did a very good job. We'll go back.

Mark's idea of removing the hall, landing and office carpets before the re-wiring began was absolutely inspired - I dread to think what state they'd be in if they'd stayed here! As it is, you wouldn't know that anything had happened to them.

Keith and his colleague provided, as ever, a first-class uplifting/fitting/re-fitting service, and they were, as ever, extremely helpful and courteous (there were five other people working in the house while they were here, which must have been quite challenging for them).

We've had a busy few weeks, as I'm sure you can imagine, but it was made much easier by the excellent service and attitude of everyone who did any work for us, so thank you again for CWC's contribution to it. We'll continue to recommend you to anyone who'll listen!

Just bought a new carpet from Charles Wilson and had it fitted. Great selection to choose from and really reasonable prices. The advice provided in the shop was really helpful and not pushy. I'd definitely recommend going here to get your carpets not the large chain stores.

A very professional and very pleasant experience - we used Charles Wilson Carpets some years ago, so our expectations were high. We were not let down!

Very efficient service in the shop - with a wide range of carpets to look at - reasonable prices too.
Visits to the home were made in a very professional way to measure up. When fitting the carpets 2 fitters were sent in order to move furniture as they were fitting carpet in my elderly mother's flat and she was unable to move the furniture herself. She was extremely pleased with the way the fitters conducted themselves and the finished product

Charles Wilson have fitted nearly an entire flat's worth of carpets for me. The staff in the shop are very honest and knowledgeable. The fitter is very efficient and professional.

Charles Wilson is always consistently cheaper than many national chain carpet warehouse in my experience. What a large chain will get ordered in for you, CW have in stock, there and then, and it's a bit old fashioned, but they send you an invoice after the work is done, normally printed on the best watermarked velum parchment!

Once again, we have had excellent service from all at Charles Wilson Carpets. Having called CWC one afternoon with an urgent need for some new carpets Adam was round with the mobile shop the next morning. I didn't need to 'browse the store' however, as he had already assessed what may be the best choice for us; I have to say it was perfect and saved me a lot of time! Fitting was completed within a few days and Nick did a fantastic job. An excellent price too! Thank you so much. We will definitely be back once we move home next year.
