I have just come back from a spa day with a friend and it was great. The quality of the classes was excellent and the lunch there is superb. If you're looking for a birthday treat Henlow is the palce to go. I can't wait to go again.

I have used the conference facilities at Champney's facilities are as good as you can get and the staff friendly and professional. We all love the relaxed atmosphere, the feeling of being away from the rat-race and the 'corporate' merry-go-round found in other venues. It allows us to step-back and refocus on the needs of our business. The added advantage of it being a premier health spa allows the optional use of some excellent facilities. Thank you Champneys x

Henlow is fantastic - I took a friend for her 60th birthday and she was absolutely delighted. The food is delicious and the facilities are excellent, and I would recommend the thallosotherapy to anyone that wants the ultimate in relaxation.

Last week end i spent 49 hours at Champneys Henlow Grange. I got back home and it felt i had been away for much longer, even though I only been just 15 miles from home!
I decided I deserved a treat and to relax, so I booked 2 days at Henlow Grange. Never been there before so didn't know what to expect. What I got was great.
There are so many classes you can take that you need more than a week to fit them all in in your schedule if you want to relax too. I had booked 3 treatments. I took a class on the first evening which helped me to get into the spirit of the stay and relax. The following day I discovered the conservatory, and how to become a lady of leisure. the hardest decision to make was what time I would book my next meal!
Food, staff, choices, all made it a great stay. Whilst there I was thinking: 'when can i get here again? can i justify 1 week here?'
Perfect even if you are by yorself, there are evening talks, but I was so tired that I went to bed soon after dinner!
Would certainly recommend it.
