My daughter was still having some side effects from two operations late last year, aches and pains, pins and needles, etc. After only one Reiki session with Christina, the side effects have disappeared, and Josie is feeling so much better. Having Reiki treatments with Christina helped me so much at a difficult time in my life that I decided to learn Reiki for myself and did Reiki 1. It has been such a beneficial and lovely thing to learn that I am going to do the Reiki 2 course. Christina's Reiki treatments are just amazing. I have had a few sessions with her. I went in a bit nervous and not really believing that it could really make any difference to my life. How wrong i was. She took a thorough and considered profile of what it was i wanted to change and then focused her therapy on these areas, as well as other areas that she identified. I came out a true believer and felt completely relaxed. the effects lasted for days and each time i returned i felt stronger and healthier. This was my first experience of Reiki Healing- and I found it a very relaxing experience. Christine approached the session (taster) in a very professional manner and gave me confidence in a short space of time in the process. -So much so that I am planning to have some more sessions!
After having a Reiki treatment with Christina I was so intrigued by how it made me feel, that I decided to learn more. I have studied Reiki with Christina at Levels 1 and 2 and hope to continue to Level 3 soon. Reiki is a wonderful way to feel calmer within yourself. By studying Reiki, I now have the ability to relax my mind from all the clutter that builds up in there anytime I need to destress. Christina is very warm, approachable and enthusiastic and she makes everyone feel at ease and no question is too trivial. I would have no hesitation in recommeding Christina and Reiki.

I attended Christina's Reiki level 1 course following a long period of stress in my life. My Partner had already taken the first level and I had seen the benefits that she was experiencing and thought it could help me. Christina is a very professional but approachable person and the course was educational, completely relaxing and enjoyable. Christina is an excellent Reiki teacher and has trained me right up to Master Practitioner level. I attended the first level out of interest and I must confess that I was a little sceptical. However, Christina's courses are very professional and I learnt so much. We were provided with the opportunity to ask lots of questions and time was devoted to lots of practice. I went away with the confidence to continue practicing what I had learnt and if I had any further questions, Christina had provided ongoing support. Reiki has benefited me in so many ways and it has helped me become a more confident person. I owe much thanks to Christina because she has travelled with me on my Reiki journey. I knew that I was at a crossroad in my life. Through working with Christina I came to realise the answers to the questions I was asking myself, were with me all the time. Through this process my answers came to the forefront of my mind.Coaching has given me a greater sense of direction, and as a result, direction! I suffer with a great deal of lower back problems, someone suggested to me that I should try having Reiki.I wasn't sure it would help nothing else seems to!I was very sceptical and unsure but as Christina came to my house to do the treatment I felt more comfortable. As soon as she came into my home there was just something about her that made me feel relaxed and at ease.During the treatment I felt which I can only describe as all wavy and floaty which became more intense when being treated in different areas of the body.When Christina had finished the treatment I had and overwhelming feeling of being calm, warm and relaxed. Since having Reiki I seemed to manage my day to day life with less pain and I didn't think that was possible.So I would like to say a great big thank you Cristina for opening my eyes to world of Reiki, you managed to convert a non believer and I have felt the benefits first hand.Reiki is definatley now a part of my life.
