Based in Letchworth Garden City and serving the neighbouring towns of Hitchin, Royston, Baldock, Stevenage and beyond, Garden House Hospice is one of the few registered charities in the area that offers palliative care and support to terminally ill patients and their families. Garden House Hospice offers a range of services, totally free of charge, including out-patient care, complementary therapy, physiotherapy and ‘Hospice at Home’ support.
