<p>This is how the diary looked between the 27th August to 8th September 2009 ...</p> <p> <strong>August 27th 2009 – Parkinson’s Society</strong></p> <ul> <li>A follow up session on looking after the voice for 30 members.  This was a practical, 1 hour workshop, to reinforce my first session last year and introduce muscle strengthening techniques to new members.  Also worked for 45 minutes 1-2-1 with one of the members.</li> </ul> <p><strong>September 1st – Swimming Teachers in Liverpool</strong></p> <ul> <li>Delivered one of my 3 hour practical Voice Protection & Projection workshops for 25 swimming teachers in Liverpool organised by Liverpool City Council and the ASA.  This course has been ‘on the road’ for 11 years now and gains CPD accreditation points for attendees.</li> <li>Back from Liverpool in time for an evening session of 14 private performing arts students.</li> </ul> <p><strong>September 2nd – Voice Practise Workshops </strong></p> <ul> <li>6 hours of mixed business and performing arts clients.</li> </ul> <p><strong>September 3rd – Voice Protection course</strong></p> <ul> <li>Back up the motorway to Manchester with my Voice Protection course – this time for Manchester City Council</li> </ul> <p><strong>September 4th – Recital</strong></p> <ul> <li>In the morning a 1 hour humorous recital with my colleague, Ann, for an ‘Older Voices’ day at the Hinckley Leisure Centre.  This was a full day of events for the over 50’s and the title of our programme was ‘The Prime of Life’!</li> <li>Back for an evening of performing arts students.</li> </ul> <p><strong>September 5th – The British Theatre Dance Association</strong></p> <ul> <li>Annual conference I delivered a workshop to 25 examiners on using the voice in examinations and adjudicating.</li> </ul> <p><strong>September 6th – Leicester Aids Support Services</strong></p> <ul> <li>Delivered a 1 hour practical introduction to the use of voice on the phone for the LASS volunteers.  Particular focus on those with English as a second language and how to improve clarity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>September 7th - Voice Practise Workshops </strong></p> <ul> <li>4 hours of 1-2-1 voice practise sessions with business clients</li> </ul> <p><strong>September 8th - Business Workshop</strong></p> <ul> <li>Back up the M6, once again, to Manchester for a 3 hour workshop on using the voice in business for RM Adjusting Ltd.</li> <li>Home in time for 4 hours of private performing arts students.</li> </ul> <p>So that’s just a sample of what a voice coach can do, well this one anyway, over just a fourteen day period!</p> <p>For more information about what a voice coach could do for you in business or privately, contact Priscilla Morris on 01455 230 317 or visit the <a title="Loud&Clear!
