Yet another fantastic offer from Hinckley & Rugby Building Society - one of the top 20 Building Societies.  This new 2 year Discount Mortgage takes 2.05% off the Standard Variable rate for two years. The overall cost for comparison is 5.3 percent APR.

The new mortgage sits neatly in the Society’s range of two-year discounts, which run from 75 percent to 90 percent LTV. The new mortgage has an arrangement fee of £195 and a completion fee of £795.
