Hinckley & Rugby Building Society chief executive Chris White said about the cuts of their Lifetime Discount rate to just 4.24 per cent and the Two Year Discount mortgage rate to just 4.19 per cent:

“These interest rate cuts make our discount mortgages even more competitive. We hope first time buyers will find them to be especially attractive and enable them to own their own home.”
