Uxbridge Domestic Cleaners - Fairies Testimonials

The cleaning provided was reasonable. However, organisation and communication are poor. My cleaner turned up early or late sometimes by one hour despite the same time every week being the oroginal plan. Living in a one bedroom flat with a busy life this made things difficult and uncomfortable especially when I got no prior warning not even a phonecall. I was merely told - "Oh I have another client" (!) when my cleaner turned up. I am most unimpressed. When I brought this up the agency, they completly missed the point and said she was only human like the rest of us (!). Faries are not the most professional and poor english seems to be the root of the bad communication- you can see this by just even looking at their poorly written website. I have resorted to doing the cleaning myself and have terminated the contract until I find someone more reliable.
