We recently bought our new bed from Quilters and couldn't praise them enough! The staff were very knowledgable and friendly in the store and also one the day with the delivery. The warehouse staff call to arrange a suitable time and then confirm the time on the day. Reassurance goes a long way with customers like ourselves. We highly recommend Quilters to anyone looking for a bed or furniture.

On Tuesday you were able to deliver the Tavistock furniture for which we had been waiting for some time. This was our first experience of dealing with your firm and I thought you might be interested in feedback.

Your delivery men were very cooperative with clearing the space for the new furniture and, although it had been mentioned and costed at the time of ordering, there was no hesitation in heaving the (quite heavy) pieces as required.

Sadly, when unpacking the dressing table on the van, they discovered damage and were not able to leave it. They realised that time was important as the house was in shambles! So they undertook to take the piece back to your warehouse, repair it and redeliver later in the day-which was convenient. I asked for assurance re timing and was told
" Sir, we are Quilters and if we say we will be back we will be"!!! I
hope you are pleased. The repaired furniture is now satisfactorily in use and we are pleased with our purchase. Many thanks.

PS I hope your team enjoyed the "drink" I was happy to fund!

Quilters always on hand to help. They have 3 floors to explore and delivery time is grand.
Youʼll be surprised what you find in the store!
