I took my treasured, worn Mulberry bag to KPA for some tlc. Although I'd been told elsewhere it was beyond repair it came back as good as new, at a very reasonable cost and I'm delighted. I'd have no hesitation in recommending K.P.A.

I can't recommend KPA enough. I arrived out of the blue with my Samsonite case needing some tlc & attention. When Mr Pardivalla said it would be ready in a couple of days, I asked if it could possibly done while I waited because I had travelled some distance, he said to come back in half an hour to see if he'd got the necessary replacement parts in stock. When I did return within that time frame, my case was ready!

I went on my way a very happy bunny and with change from £20!

A friend of mine left her old samsonite cabin bag behind when the zip broke. I knew I would never be able to afford a samsonite case, but no problem K P A fixed it as good as new 12quid. Fantastic. Nice people too.

Not sure how they managed to do it but they repaired the zip on my Tumi rucksack for £36. Tumi wanted £120 to do it!! Very quick and efficient with excellent customer service.

Just wanted to say the SERVICE and quality of repairs was like I purchased the item as new again. I flew from Lima to London and my luggage was damaged during transit by Iberia Airlines. Since they are an Iberia Airlines service center I got my luggage repaired in no time and was arranged/collected and then delivered by them. What more could you ask for!

Exceptional level of service, both in the quality of the repairs and the friendliness and helpfulness of Mr & Mrs Pardivalla. Having emailed them with a photo of the damage to my suitcase, I received a prompt reply informing me that the missing foot could be found or matched. Well worth the trip! Having annoyingly damaged my large case returning from a ski holiday, and not getting far with the manufacturer, I took the case into KPA Luggage. They undertook a good quality repair restoring the case back to full working condition without requiring any spare parts. Very efficient and friendly service. I'll be keeping them in my address book in case of future incidents.....

Ajit Pardivalla is a very unusual man in today’s retail market. He really puts his customer’s interests first (rather than his own).
I found his shop on the internet. Though my main home is in Folkestone, I was prepared to travel to his shop very close to Northwood tube station (NW London). I had given my trolley case some very rough treatment – carrying heavy loads over uneven ground.
A couple of the swivel wheels were about to grind to a halt. He replaced these after much searching for the various options. I am highly delighted with the result.
With most retailers, the only choice would be to buy a new case – that probably is the most profitable route.
If Mr Pardivalla cannot mend your luggage, then most likely, no one else in the UK can.

I have an old and very rugid Delsey case and these are the only guys I have found that understood what I was asking for, knew the case and could obtain spares in a very short timescale. Dropped off Thursday lunctime, back Saturday lunch time, in time for my flight on Monday morning.

A very positive and professional "can do" attitude.
