Neil Smith (Pilatesfit) is an exceptional Pilates instructor. He has taught me the principles of Pilates and taken me through beginner and intermediate exercises with a dedicated focus on my individual needs. As a result of Neil’s expert tuition and his encouragement to practice Pilates regularly, a painful back and hip problem which plagued me for years has been completely eliminated. ʼthebestofʼ only work from recommendations and we approached Neil @ Pilatesfit after several very positive recommendations from the local people. After sitting down with Neil several times, seeing some of his demonstrations and talking about how Pilates has enhanced his life, we have absolutely no hesitation in featuring Pilatesfit and one of the hidden gems in the Hillingdon Borough. Meeting Neil was a real eye-opener and it seems Pilates is a great pastime for anyone and everyone.
