Once Upon a Time nursery school in Eastcote work within the ‘High/Scope’ philosophy curriculum, meaning that we believe that children learn best from hands-on activities and through ‘active’ learning. Our daily routine reflects different aspects of the High/Scope philosophy; and this includes, plan-do-reviews, stories, greeting times and quiet play time. Rest assured we provide daily breakfasts, freshly cooked lunches and teas, as well as the appropriate snacks.
All Once Upon a Time nurseries are carefully managed by level 3 / 4 qualified staff and we have a strong policy of continual staff development ensuring we keep up to date with new legislations. We also employ dedicated domestic staff who prepare all the fresh food and to manage the general cleaning and maintenance of the nursery school - leaving our staff to provide ‘the best’ child care.
