As all children are unique, moving up a room happens when your child is ready, with visits to the new room for familiarity and to make new friends. Of all childcare facilities, we ensure that we work closely with you the parents, to give your child the best childcare.  Our childcare staff are available to call throughout the day and actively encourage parental visits.

Key Carer for childcare
We think it’s important to offer a Key Carer so your child can bond with a staff member and feel safe and secure.  In our childcare facilities, your child’s Key Carer is also your first point of contact giving you peace of mind, and your child the happiest of childcare experiences.

Childcare settling in period
