Business Consultants – Why would you use them?
After many years working in large organisations, developing business and people skills, I decided to use these skills in developing businesses with employees of up to 100. Why? Having worked with many small and medium sized companies as a supplier, I found that some basic business skills were not being used to develop these businesses!
It is so much easier to see areas for improvement from the outside and this is why Business Doctors Thames Valley has been so successful during the past three years – working in and around the High Wycombe and Thames Valley region, we have spent considerable time working with business owners to develop a strategy for growth. Sounds easy huh?
When the owners are passionate about their business and are also willing to make changes to develop their business to another level of growth, success can only follow.
Business Doctors work with the owners on staff engagement/development, sales programmes and customer interaction – in the main; these are the core functions we help you to develop. How else can we help you? Much of the time it is on HR activity, Cash Flow analysis, Supplier engagement as well as financial reviews.
However, we also come across businesses who believe that using a CONSULTANT of any form – IT, HR or Business is simply not for them. When we ask why they take this view, the following reasons are listed:
