The eKuiLibriuM way focuses on training programmes that are based entirely on your goals and abilities. One of our aims is to teach you how to exercise with confidence to get results and make changes for life, not just the short term.
Access to your 1-2-1 training studio in Hertford is by appointment only. We encourage you to schedule the same appointment times and attend a 10 week course of sessions, either once or twice a week. Creating routine helps you to move towards good habits. Some clients find that one 10 week block is enough to give them the confidence to approach their fitness and wellbeing independently. Others have used subsequent blocks of sessions to build on improvements and have substituted their unused gym memberships for ongoing weekly personal training sessions which motivate and inspire them to get out and achieve their personal goals. You come to us to do your 1-2-1 sessions and we motivate you to use the techniques and skills that you have learnt on your own, whether that is at home, using your local gym membership or joining a sporting activity that you would like to have a go at.
Whether you have lost the motivation or confidence to exercise; want to improve on your times in races, or are returning from serious ill health or injury and need a bit more TLC the eKuiLibriuM service will be tailored for you.
Want to train outside in a group? Then join our 'fiver Bootcamp' on a Saturday morning at 0900hrs outside our studio on the farm on the outskirts of Hertford.
