We recently moved to a new property and needed new life breathed into the existing carpets as budget did not permit new carpets. Steve Hayward was a pleasure to deal with - very professional but personable and extremely thorough in his work - no corners were cut and it was as if he were cleaning the carpet in his own property. He worked a long full day and the results were incredible - we initially thought having the carpets cleaned would give us a few more months before having to replace them but now we see absolutely no need to replace them!
