Fireworks night is just round the corner and lots of fireworks displays are being planned in and around Hertford.
As always thebestof Hertford is a great place to find out about the local bonfire nights and fireworks displays, so here’s the ones we know about!
• 29th October 2011, not strictly a ‘proper’ Guy Fawkes night but it’s a firework display all the same! The local speedway team, The Ryehouse Rockets are holding a fantastic end of season fireworks finale to tie up the 2011 season. Find out more here.
• 3rd November 2011, The Farmers Boy pub in Brickendon just outside of Hertford is hosting a mid week fireworks display at the village pub. Enjoy real ales and fab food and enjoy the fireworks! Find out more here.
• 5th November 2011, The Sele School in Hertford hosts is regular firework display and bonfire night to help the brilliant work that FOSS (Friends of Sele School) does each year for the school. Enjoy entertainment from the school and of course the fireworks display and roaring bonfire. Find out more here.
• 5th November 2011, Bengeo School in Hertford is holding its annual fireworks display in the school playing field. There will be a bonfire and excellent as always fireworks. Find out more here.
• 5th November 2011, The Ware Rotary Club fireworks display is beginning its 40th year as the best fireworks display and bonfire night in Ware. Last year saw 5,000 people come up to High Oak Road to celebrate Guy Fawkes night and enjoy the fireworks and bonfire. Find out more here.
