Houses and apartments within a few minutes' walk of Hertford North, Hertford East and Ware train stations are always popular, as are properties near to shops, the bus station or with easy access to the A10 or A414 main roads.
The further a property is from shops and public transport, the more desirable allocated or off-street parking becomes, as tenants looking in such locations will more likely be car owners.
