I am now in my 13th year of using KPM and cannot recommend Jan and David enough. They are thoughtful, responsive, full of great advice, calm and trustworthy. I think they do a really good job of balancing the tenants and landlords expectations, not an easy task!

David and Jan were a real pleasure to work with, and they helped my partner and I secure a lovely apartment in Hertford. It was our first time renting, and they were very helpful, thorough and understanding, from their introduction, to even now... a month after we moved in!

Knight Property Management are the right choice if you are moving to Hertfordshire. Highly professional, they will take care of every single aspect making sure that you will be really feeling at home in your new accomodation. Jan & David were recommended by a mutual business colleague. We found their service very professional and always prompt with a response to any questions we had to reassure us whilst initially checking them out. They managed to find a tenant for our property extremely quickly which was very impressive.
