The Churchill Tavern Public House and Restaurant - Ramsgate - "The Country Pub In Town"
We booked a table here on Saturday and looked froward to an early meal in a quiet corner of the restaurant before the busy evening at the pub began, it took a while to come . my parteners beer was excellent but the beef lasagne was obviously a 're heat' and rather dry, you could see where they had sprinkled a bit of cheese on top of the burnt bit, the chips served with this were unnecessary but nice and probably the a lot fresher than the rest of the food on the plate the sala'd added to this plate was in a 'deep sleep'( as opposed to tired). I had an excellent glass of wine but it went down hill from there for me as the Caulifower curry was again an obvious 're-heat' the veg were overwelmed with the curry sauce, there was far too much on the plate and I had to search for the overcooked cauliflower peices. The curry was very dark brown and had the strong taste of raw curry powder about it and was v hard to eat and digest. The rice was edible but to me the meal as so disappointing for the price we paid.I like the pub but have been put off by this disappointing meal and will avoid eating here again.

Style And Comfort At Affordable Prices
We recently had a girls lunch time get together at The Oaks resturant The Atlantis. The food was great and was complimented by one of our party who is a chef. The Seabass melted in your mouth and all the vegatables were cooked to perfection. We were sat right in the window overlooking the harbour which was lovely. I wouldʼnt hesitate to book this restuarant again and recommend it to others.

Moonshine Billy Off Licence and Wine Merchant For All Your Wines, Beers, and Spirits Needs In Ramsgate
I've used this Off Licence since it first opened, mainly because its close to my flat(s) (I've moved). Since drinking less now I still use Moonshine Billys mainly for cashing cheques, paying bills and buying fruit juice or lighters and then because the staff where helpful, knowledgeable and all round "Good Eggs" I prefer to use it when I can. If you need an off licence where's there's staff that know what their doing then look no further than Moonshine Billys

i would like to thank the fayreness and all the staff for making my dads 80th birthday party a great day. the food was excellent the staff were very helpfull and we all had a fabulous time. well done to all involved i would recomend the vene to other people.
