My yoga classes are designed to gently stretch, massage and relax you. A reviving rest, in a stressful and hectic world. A chance to start to bond with your baby, get to know your changing body, and meet other pregnant ladies. Together we work through postures that should make your pregnancy more comfortable. Positions for labour and yoga techniques that will benefit you before, during and hopefully long after the birth of your baby. Guest visits and group discussions in a relaxed setting means, that however you wish to birth your baby you will feel comfortable and supported. Just wear comfy clothing and bring a drink.
Saturdays 10am-12pm £9 per class (5 classes for £40)
