I have been a subscriber to Wyenet's internet service since 1997, and they have provided me and my family with a fantastic trouble free service for all of those 13 years. One of the best aspects is that if there's a problem (e.g. setting up a new laptop connection - I'm not an expert!) you get to speak to extremely professional, helpful staff, who sort things out quickly and efficiently.

When I hear the stories people have about dealing with the big national suppliers, the costs involved, and the incompetent customer service departments, I'm so glad that I bought local.

I have no hesitation in recommending them as the best internet service suppliers in Herefordshire.

Knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, accessible - you can actually reach them by phone - even reasonably out of hours. You know that they can sort out what you need.

Wyenet give personal service - going that extra bit in sort out problems.

Used Wyenet since December 2007 with a network over the mains wiring as we have thick walls and long distances. Nick very helpful on setup and on the occasional question on the ʼphone. Good to know can always get help from a voice on the ʼphone or that they will visit.
Initially the cost appeared high but:
1- go for a cheap supplier and spend hours on the ʼphone on hold and chew your knuckes down to the bone or
2- spend even more on a big name supplier with lots of gimmicks and still do number 1
then I know that I have made a good choice.

During the time (Seven Years ) I have been using this firm I have had nothing but the best service at all times and theyare human with it, real people who often recognise your voice and know how to put things over in a Jack and Jill language that even I can follow. A truly great outfit to use.

I have used Wyenet as my ISP for many years. There service is second to none. If you are unsure of anything to do with the internet or email there is usually someone on the help line to assist. Everyone said I couldnʼt get broadband in the area I live but a call to Nick and it was up and running within 2 weeks.
