So many people told me that i wouldnt be able to afford the dresses from white minx and like many people i know, i always admire the dresses in their windows. My mum and i popped in on my lunch break and i was amazed at the wide range of dresses and their prices, truly something for every budget. I asked Luci how much the dress in the window was and it was out of my price limit, however Luci asked my budget, preferred style and showed me a similar dress. I loved it and arranged to have an appointment the next day! I was able to try on as many dresses as i liked and Luci really listened and made me at ease enough to be completely honest, Luci knew exactly what would suit me and gave great advice about dresses,underwear,flowers,hair and accessories, Luci is lovely, made the whole experience perfect and made me feel like a princess! I have been to many other bridal shops in Hereford and have definately not had service anywhere near like this!Thank-you Luci i cant wait to wear it!!XX

I would completely recommend White Minx for you bridal dress. Lucy couldn't do enough for you and she was just so lovely, helpful and friendly and such a professional service. Having the appointment only service means you have the whole shop to yourself to try on as many dresses as you want. The dress I then chose needed lots of alterations which Lucy did beautifully and I ended up with a completely bespoke dress. I couldn't recommend White Minx enough!!

I had such a fabulous experience at White Minx Bridal shop and found both Luci and her daughter Charlie to be most helpful. I was encouraged to try on different dresses and styles and felt very relaxed (so much so that I kept on going back to the shop to try on my dress to make sure it was the right one!!) I got married in June in Grenada so wanted a dress that would be good on the beach and that wouldn't be too hot, the advice and patience I got (as I tried on loads of dresses) was fantastic. The final dress I put on was absolutely gorgeous, I have never seen one like it before, it was definitely the one and when the veil was added everybody had a tear in their eye. The experience was brilliant you were made to feel very important and the dressing room is wonderful, you certainly left the feeling a million dollars. Lucy was so helpful she didn't just give you advice on the dress and veil, she would help with all the other little things like accessories, make up and nails. Nothing ever seemed to much to ask, when I bought a couple of necklaces, she got me in to try them with the dress so I could return the one I didn't want. I was lucky I got to wear my dress twice as we had a party back home afterwards, and so many people said how amazing the dress was and where did I get it, and of course I had no worries about recommending them. It was a first class experience and hassle free, I recommend it to any bride to be.

I have been looking for my wedding dress for 3 months now, i have been to Herefordshire, Shropshire and Worc. Having no luck i returned to lucy, (who i 1st visited but wasnt sure on a dress). She has so much time for you and is so professional, she knows her dresses inside out unlike other dress shops ( i found i was telling them their business unlike lucy). On my return after trying many many dresses on i started again and listened to her, (what i thought i wanted and liked wasnt). Lucy spent time, listened, started again and sorted me out. If u need a dress and fussy like me lucy is the 1 , WHITE MINX GETS 10 OUT OF 10 From ME !!!

I went to every bridal shop in south and west Wales and even though I liked many dresses I couldn't find the one. I then went to White minx and met Lucy and that's when I realised what all the other shops were missing.... knowledgeable and friendly staff. The customer service I received from the shop was excellent and Lucy helped me find the right dress. Just from having a quick chat she new exactly what I wanted and even picked my dress as a wild card to try on. I would have never picked it on the hanger. It just goes to show Lucy knows her dresses well as it really was my dream dress. Many brides to be have asked me where I got such a fab dress from and I have sent them straight to White minx.

i just wanted to write to say how fantastic this shop is and how welcoming and knowledgeable lucy is. i am getting married next june and have been really worried about finding a dress to flatter my figure and make me feel amazing. my mum and i walked into the shop just to look at dresses and after talking to lucy about what i wanted she pulled out a dress for me to try on and once i put it on i knew i had found the dress, so much so it reduced my mum and i to tears. lucy really understood what i wanted and gave fantastic advice on hair styles, pieces and bridesmaids. i felt very much at ease with lucy. incidently we hadnt made an appointment and lucy made time for us shutting up shop and giving us her valued time and help. we have now made a proper appointment to buy the dress! thank you lucy for helping me find the dress to make my day perfect!!
