Fiona Hawkins - is a fully qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for 20 years. She attends weekly classes herself and is constantly updating her teaching knowledge and standards.
Fiona's classes are suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Her classes are inspiring and motivating. Class members are taken through a carefully graded and systematic programme of postures (asanas). Breath control (pranayama) is introduced gradually when pupils have a foundation of yoga practice.
