Terry and the office staff instilled confidence and were a pleasure to deal with to the point where we didn't even bother to get another quote!

They have serviced our boiler for the last six years and not only are we completely satisfied with their work but it has been a pleasure to welcome their engineers into our home. Recently, following a breakdown (which proved to be due to a short in a zone valve and quite unconnected with the boiler itself or any work they had done previously) they responded to a phone call with a visit the same day. The fault was quickly traced and a new valve head fitted in minutes. The office staff who answer the phone so pleasantly and helpfully also deserve a mention.
