Went in this shop as they had such a variety of beautiful hats. I was patronised my the assistant who told me that it was pointless looking for a hat until I had my outfit. Quite surprised, I told the lady that I needed to see what type of hat suited and I'd rather match the hat as I'd like to find a plain dress. Also I had two ocassions and was looking for a hat for both. She totally disregarded what I said & continued to put me off buying or even looking! I said that I beg to differ and was given a terrible look. For customer service skills, very poor. I'll never go back there although I was prepared to pay quite a lot for a hat, but I guess you don't always get good service everywhere. I didn't complain I just won't go back.

Once I get a wedding or posh party invitation - thereʼs only one place to go to finish my outfit. The ladies in Hat Trick are fantastic - they take so much time to find the right hat for the day and the service is brilliant! I have never been disappointed, even when I leave it a bit late. Well done!
