I have purchased my animal supplies from Broughtons for several years, because the staff are caring and knowledgeable. My previous dog had special dietary requirements, and other medical problems but despite these difficulties Broughtons were able to supply and recommend products to make his life more comfortable and enjoyable. I have a new dog in my life now, and at times it as not been easy but with Joeʼs helpful advice, knowledge and help I have finally got there. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff of Broughtons, and "Lottie" wouldnʼt go anywhere else as it is the only pet shop where she gets rewarded with doggy sausage. Kat 6.12.07
