Well, as you can see we have launched our blog which means that things are getting back to normal after a short break. We had intended to be on holiday during the last two weeks in May, but unfortunately our holiday plans took a massive U-turn when my back seized up on the day of our scheduled departure. The holiday was cancelled and I spent a week or so on my back recovering from what turned out to be a prolapsed disc.
Thanks to the help of Bruce Fraser our local McTimoney Chiropractor, I did manage to get off the floor, and after a couple of treatments I am now feeling much better and virtually pain-free.
The consultant advises me to be careful for the next twelve weeks or so - which means not too much bending, lifting, sitting, or driving - so I may not be running around delivering postcards, certificates, posters, and awards as much as I normally do! Otherwise, things are back to normal and it's very much business as usual here at The Best of Hereford.
