The Old Fire Station Gallery in Henley town centre will host the exciting '100 Faces of Henley' portrait exhibition from 10:00am -5:00pm daily between Thursday 27th September and Tuesday 2nd October.
The exhibition will consist of the 100 portraits chosen to best represent the spirit and diversity of the community in Henley and the surrounding area following the photo sessions at The Old Fire Station gallery in April.
Individual portraits will be available for sale as will a commemorative book featuring all 100 chosen portraits. All visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite ‘Face of Henley’. The person with the most votes will receive a framed print of their picture worth over £200!
The event organisers are very grateful to their sponsors, Ardmore Language Schools, Boyd-Thorpe Associates, MANNINGUK and The Best of Henley-on-Thames for making this exciting project possible.
All proceeds from the event are in aid of local charity, The Face of Henley. The Face of Henley supports local people in their time of need when, perhaps, their particular need wouldn't be catered for by some of the better-known charities. Over the past 10 years they have raised in excess of £70,000 and helped more than 40 local people and organisations.
