I met Stuart by chance when he was fitting a TV for a friend. I was currently part way through refurbishing my flat in London and not being terribly clued up on these matters thought it was probably too late to get a surround sound system put in (plaster board back on and new floors laid). Stuart explained very clearly that this was not the case and came to visit to explain what could be done. The upshot is we have a fantastic system that I could have only dreamed about. The team were extremely friendly, punctual and well organised. The quality of the workmanship was first class and everything was done with minimal fuss. Soud4Vision offer a friendly service but at a very high quality, they don’t make promises they cannot keep and give realistic time scales, you know when they take on a job it will be completed to the highest standard. Also they will liaise with contractors to help the whole project go smoothly.

I had been thinking about replacing our old fashioned, bulky TV and upgrading our audio equipment but felt daunted by the task of finding out what's on the market and learning what all the new jargon means, so I just left things as they were. A friend mentioned that Jo at Sound4vision could sort all this out for me. She was so right! Jo explained in easy to understand language (how refreshing!) what our options were, the advantages and disadvantages of each, and also gave guidance on the aesthetics of each option. This is just what I needed, because I was concerned that the living room shouldn't be dominated by a huge TV. I am absolutley delighted with what we now have. A much larger set, flat against a wall and with the option of pulling it out and rotating it at an angle if we want to watch it from other parts of the room. The room now looks larger, uncluttered and very smart (just as Jo promised!) The installation by Stuart and James went smoothly and they left everything clean and tidy. All in all, a brilliant service from start to end.

Stuart and Jo provided a truly customer centric approach to the solution we discussed and provided us with a number of options to meet our needs, they guided us through the technology and provided a suitable option rather than the latest options we would never use at inflated prices. When it came to the installation they arrived as promised and completed a very clean installation to schedule, what little evidence was thoroughly cleaned up and even all the packing was removed. We have been so impressed with their services and post customer support we are about to engage them for a second installation, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have been really pleased with the whole project from the speed it look, the advice we got and most importantly the result! The TV was installed quickly and cleanly with no need for decoration to hide wires - it was all put through a cavity wall. I canʼt believe we left it so long.

Surpassed all my (high) expectations! I left the installers at my flat, and returned to a superbly installed surround sound system as discussed. Simple to use system, but brilliant performance, exactly what I wanted. Not a wire to be seen - and I actually think they tidied my flat! Really great service, will certainly be using them again.

Sound4vision supplied and installed our plasma television, we were very impressed by the standard of the work and the tidiness of the workers - carefully screening their work to minimise any mess. The final result is a stunning plasma recessed above our fireplace with all the wiring completely hidden just as promised.
