I've used Newtown Garage for a number of years and have recommended them to others knowing full well that they would get a great level of service. Newton are friendly, totally trustworthy, practical and pragmatic when making recommendations and suggestions ie they will never suggest something that doesn't need doing. There are never any nasty surprises when it comes to costs, no 'sharp intake of breath' when looking at problems and they always keep you fully informed. Having used a variety of garages in the area over the years I was delighted to find Newtown Car Services in Henley, who provide such a high standard of service.

When I bought my car the vendor recommended that I took my car to Newtown for regular servicing and MOTs. I followed his advice. During the first visit I was thanked for bringing the car back to them and I felt that Newtown really cared about the ʼhealthʼ of my car.

Since then Iʼve been sent reminders of when servicing and MOTs are due, and get given specific times for taking my car in, which is much more convenient for me than having to be ʼcar-lessʼ all day.

Their qualtiy of service became more clear to me recently after I took a second vehicle in to a main dealer for a service. The experience couldnʼt be more different. The dealer was only interested in £ signs and I felt like an inconvenience to them. To feel truly looked-after, I recommend Newtown and Iʼll be taking all my cars there from now on!

We regularly have our cars serviced and MOT at Newtown and cannot fault them for their service and value for money. You can trust them to contact you if further work needs doing. The car is returned to you cleaned as well.
